Thank you for choosing Inkredible Labs. We stand by our quality guarantee, so if you are not happy with the quality of your order or believe that your product has a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us so we can make things right.
We take pride in creating custom-made products that are crafted with care and precision to meet only the highest expectations. As our products are custom made to your preferences, we'd like to inform you about our refund policy:
Non-Returnable Policy:
Custom-Made Products: Our products are exclusively tailored to your individual requirements, making each piece unique. Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We are unable to refund your order for customer created errors, including but not limited to:
- Typos and Misspellings
- Low resolution of files or poor image quality
- Duplicate images
- Mistakes in product design (including wrong images or blank pages)
- Product selection mistakes (product size or style)
- Differences in color between your screen and our printers
Contact Us for Concerns:
Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom-made purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Contact Information: To initiate a discussion about your concerns, please contact our customer service team at support@inkrediblelabs.com. Provide your order number, and a brief explanation of the issue you are facing. Our team will review your case promptly.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective custom-made product, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund. Please provide a photo of the production error or shipping damage so that our support team can assist you promptly.
Inkredible Labs cannot provide replacements or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, treatment, or storage.
Refund Process:
Refund & Exchanges Consideration: Exchanges and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the nature of the concern raised.
Providing Evidence: In cases of damage or defects, we may request photographic evidence to assess the situation. Please provide clear images showing the issue to assist us in our evaluation.
Notes:
Cancellation Policy: Due to the immediate production process of custom-made items, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour from the time you receive the confirmation email. We cannot cancel or refund any order past this time.
Note that changes to your designs or orders cannot be made once you place your order. You will first need to cancel your order to make any changes and place a new order.
Refund Method: If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
